Seeking a Salesforce Global System Adminstrator to provide day-to-day end user support to a 600 plus user-base. He/She will liaise with  cross functional teams to provide Salesforce support and assist with driving adoption throughout the organization. In addition, he/she will be assigned special technical projects related to Corporate Sales Operations objectives. The successful candidate must be passionate in supporting the adoption and value of the organization’s Salesforce.com system.

    Responsibilities

    • Serve as the Salesforce-expert and primary point of contact for the teams
    • Develop a comprehensive understanding of sales processes in a global environment
    • Create and manage the Salesforce reports/ dashboards – use and present the reports/ dashboards for data analysis and problem-solving
    • Manage user set-up requirements
    • Drive all user training
    • Establish process models to maintain a high-level of system integrity and reliability
    • Create technical documentation and map systems and processes
    • Take responsibility for all programs that are managed in house, or project manage those that are outsourced
    • Oversee all change management during program deployment, course correct as needed
    • Analyze and assess all existing systems and processes, with a goal of continual program enhancement

    Qualifications

    • Educated to degree level or equivalent – preferably in Computer Science
    • Minimum of 3-5 year Salesforce administration experience
    • Experience in CRM system maintenance, user management, and training
    • A keen desire to develop your skill-set further through self-learning and training courses
    • Good inter-personal, negotiation, and requirement gathering skills - with the ability to present solutions
    • The ability to task-manage to meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment
