Client is an established company with offices globally, and are looking for an opening for a Senior Marketing Manager, and they are looking for a highly technical professional who can develop and execute their CRM Architecture.  This individual will manage the team and must be able to truly understand and implement marketing automation and has built up a CRM.  Client is looking to have seamless integration of all of their systems and have them all talk to one another.   Diverse industry experience is favorable.

 

 

  • Job Requirements

    Manage the Marketing Technology functions, including website, marketing automation tool and CRM, to build and optimize the Firm’s marketing automation and demand generation capabilities.  Develop marketing technology roadmap and sets strategic priorities for marketing technology investments.  Identify and lead projects to drive improvements to achieve best in class solutions.  Manage marketing technology operations team. Key responsibilities include:

    • Develop marketing technology roadmap to optimize investments across our CRM, Content Management System, and Marketing Automation tools.  Ensure maximum effectiveness, integration and interoperability across tools. Experience with Salesforce, Marketo, Eloqua, Pardot highly desirable.
    • Manage and administer marketing technologies and processes relating to the marketing funnel including lead qualification, scoring, nurturing and tracking within the CRM system.
    • Create a reporting infrastructure and use data to formulate effective marketing campaigns. Manage weekly and monthly reporting across markets/practices, CRM and marketing automation tools.  Provide market intelligence and statistics to internal partners aligned with business objectives to develop actionable recommendations and forecasting models.

    The ideal candidate will have the following:

    • 4-year Bachelor’s Degree with at least five years of professional experience in B2B marketing, marketing operations, or marketing technology.
    • Experience managing marketing technology operation teams.
    • Marketing automation certified (preferred) with experience that includes data maintenance and cleansing, nurturing and advanced campaigns, segmentation, forms, and advanced reporting; experience with web analytics is a plus.
    • Experience with CRM’s, Content Management Systems, marketing automation platforms and analytics programs.
    • Understanding of how cross-platform integrations impact data flows and marketing campaign enablement.
