•Provide technical product knowledge and support for the iManage Document Management System.
•Maintain a national document management system (including production and archive libraries) using WorkSite clustering and IDOL indexers in a 24 x 7 x 365 environment.
•Diagnose and resolve WorkSite, FileSite, IDOL, Archive Manager, WorkSpace Generator and Email filing issues.
•Participate in the installation, upgrade, support, customization and optimization of server applications including (but not limited to): (a) WorkSite; (b) FileSite; (c) IDOL; (d) Archive Manager (e) WorkSpace Generator; (f) Email Communication Server; (d) RBRO Refiler; (e) other web apps.
•Proactively monitor and analyze logs and metrics around utilization and capacity and recommend changes and quality checks as necessary.
•Assist with resolution of escalated incidents and participate in problem management activities. Assume ownership of level 3 support and troubleshooting of iManage-related applications and other assigned web applications.
•Document procedures, operations and infrastructure and train Information Technology staff to support and troubleshoot the environment.
•Work with the engineering group to ensure peak uptime on all servers by applying patches and fixes.
•Participate in the firm's business continuity configuration, preparation and testing.
•Develop and maintain detailed technical knowledge of the specifications, operation, and diagnostics of products while maintaining familiarity with competing products.
•Communicate with colleagues and peers of any new technologies that could effect, improve or benefit the IT department and firm, on an ongoing basis.
•Bachelor’s degree, preferably in Computer Science or Information Systems, and/or a minimum of three years related experience.
-iManage Certified Systems Engineer (ICSE) for iManage 8.5 or 9.2 is preferred
-Legal industry experience preferred.
•Proven design, planning and implementation experience with the iManage WorkSite DMS platform including upgrades and migration from earlier versions, including strong experience in: WorkSite Server v8.5 or 9.2, FileSite v8.5 or 9.2, IDOL WorkSite Communication Server, Archive Manager, WorkSpace Generator; Microsoft Operating Systems including Windows Server 2008/2012, SQL Server v2008 R2 and up; Windows Version 7 and 10; database architecture; best practices and integration.
•Knowledge of Law Firm ethical wall process is a plus.
•Application troubleshooting experience in an enterprise environment.

•Attendance Requirements: On site during normal working hours and available as necessary before or after normal working hours to work at the firm, over the telephone, or at off-site meetings, in order to meet the demands of the job and the needs of the firm. Expected to carry a wireless email device.
Travel Requirements: Ability to engage in off-site travel as required in order to meet the demands of the job, and the needs of the firm.
